Convenience class to construct sync requests. See SyncRequest.Builder for an explanation of the various functions. The resulting object is passed through to the framework via requestSync(SyncRequest).

int a bitmask indicating the set of special object types marshaled by this Parcelable object instance.

parcel Parcel: The Parcel in which the object should be written.
