A callback to be invoked when the system finds a tag while the foreground activity is operating in reader mode.
Register your ReaderCallback implementation with NfcAdapter.enableReaderMode(Activity, ReaderCallback, int, Bundle) and disable it with NfcAdapter.disableReaderMode(Activity).
