Returns the focused background Color for a button derived from the provided baseColor.

Adjusts the provided baseColor so that it is suitable for use as a focused button background.

Parameters
`baseColor: Color = GlimmerTheme.colors.surface`	the base `Color` of the button

Returns
`Color`	the focused button background `Color`, adjusted to improve content contrast
