RangingPosition

class RangingPosition

Position of a device during ranging.

The angles are the angle of arrival measured by the UWB hardware, relative to the boresight of this device's UWB antenna array, which is the normal to the back of the device. Sensor fusion sessions report angles in a different frame, see SensorFusionResult.Estimate.

Public properties

azimuth

Added in 1.0.0
val azimuth: RangingMeasurement?

The azimuth angle in degrees of the ranging device, or null if not available. A positive azimuth means the peer is to the right of the boresight. The range is [-180, 180].

distance

Added in 1.0.0
val distance: RangingMeasurement?

The line-of-sight distance in meters of the ranging device, or null if not available.

elapsedRealtimeNanos

Added in 1.0.0
val elapsedRealtimeNanos: Long

The elapsed realtime in nanos from when the system booted up to this position measurement.

elevation

Added in 1.0.0
val elevation: RangingMeasurement?

The elevation angle in degrees of the ranging device, or null if not available. The angle is measured out of the azimuth plane. The range is [-90, 90].
