AsyncNotedAppOp
class AsyncNotedAppOp : Parcelable
When an app-op is noted and the app the app-op is noted for has a AppOpsManager.OnOpNotedCallback registered the note-event needs to be delivered to the callback. Usually this is done via an SyncNotedAppOp, but in some cases this is not possible. In this case an AsyncNotedAppOp is send to the system server and then forwarded to the AppOpsManager.OnOpNotedCallback in the app.
