Support classes to access some of the android.view.accessibility package features introduced after API level 4 in a backwards compatible fashion.

AccessibilityManagerCompat.AccessibilityStateChangeListener This interface was deprecated in API level 26.0.0. Use AccessibilityManager.AccessibilityStateChangeListener directly instead of this listener.  
AccessibilityManagerCompat.TouchExplorationStateChangeListener Listener for the system touch exploration state.
