Android 17 ベータ版ビルドの OTA アップデートを受け取ったデバイスが、アップデートのインストール後に起動できなくなった場合、OTA イメージを適用するとそのデバイスを復元できます。Android 17 をデバイスにインストールしようとしている場合（OTA アップデートに失敗して復元しようとしているわけではない場合）は、Android 17 を入手するをご覧ください。
このプラットフォームは Android 17 の初回リリースを基盤として修正と改善を重ね、そのたびにサポート対象デバイスにロールアウトが行われます。Quarterly Platform Releases（QPR）から四半期ごとに行われるこれらのリリースは、Feature Drop の一環として、AOSP と Google Pixel デバイスの両方に配信されます。このアップデートには、アプリに影響する API の変更は含まれていませんが、最新の QPR ベータ版ビルドのイメージを提供し、必要に応じてそのイメージを使ってテストができるようにしています（たとえば、次回搭載される機能がアプリのユーザー エクスペリエンスに影響する可能性がある場合など）。

Android 17 QPR ベータ版ビルドの OTA アップデートを受け取ったデバイスが、アップデートのインストール後に起動できなくなった場合、OTA イメージを適用するとそのデバイスを復元できます。OTA アップデートに失敗したデバイスを復元するためではなく、ただ Android 17 QPR1 をインストールする場合は、Android 17 QPR ベータ版ビルドを入手するをご覧ください。
