במכשיר Android TV מופיעה מקלדת תוכנה שמופיעה במסך בשם Gboard. המקלדת
תומך במגוון רחב של תכונות, כולל המרת דיבור לטקסט (STT),
של המשתמשים, והדיבור יתורגם באופן אוטומטי לטקסט לצורך קלט.
התכונה הזו פועלת דרך Gboard, כך שאין צורך לבקש את האודיו

מיקום המודעה
אחד ההבדלים העיקריים ב-Gboard ב-Android TV הוא היכולת לציין איפה
עליך למקם את המקלדת. בעבר, המקלדת כיסה את החלק התחתון
של המסך מקצה לקצה, אבל עדכון של Gboard מאפשר
לצוף. אפשר לציין את מיקום המקלדת: שמאל, ימין או מרכז.

כדי לשלוט בהתאמה, מגדירים את הערך בתוך privateImeOptions של
horizontalAlignment. האפשרויות של horizontalAlignment הן ברירת המחדל

Gboard automatically determines the best layout based on the input\ntypes you specify and the layouts it supports.\n\nPlacement\n---------\n\nOne major difference with Gboard for Android TV is the ability to specify where\nthe keyboard should be placed. Previously, the keyboard covered the bottom\nportion of the screen from edge to edge, but an update to Gboard lets it\nfloat. You can specify where the keyboard should go: left, right, or center.\nThe default position is in the center.\n**Figure 5.** Gboard alignment options.\n\nTo control the alignment, set the value within `privateImeOptions` for\n`horizontalAlignment`.
