Elliott spent seven years working at the adidas global HQ specializing in product marketing and innovation. He developed innovative performance products for the 2010 Football World Cup and the 2011 Rugby World Cup. He also spent three years in Amsterdam leading the creation and development of ASICS global running apparel and creating sustainable products for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. He is constantly exploring new opportunities to combine his passions in innovation, storytelling, and sustainability.

Head of Guide, Babbel

John Quintana is Head of Guide at Babbel, the popular online language learning service. At Babbel, John leads product innovation efforts in connected, cross-platform learning experiences. He brings his own background in education, digital innovation, and design thinking to amplify the learning expertise that Babbel is so well-known for and to apply the machine learning expertise they are starting to build. Prior to joining Babbel, John led brand management at Tatcha and worked on various product launches for Google, Motorola, and Anhueser Busch, as agency strategist. John has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University and a Master of Fine Arts degree from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco.
