Option 1: Developers with a Google Play Console account
If you already have a Google Play Console developer account, submit a support request directly through the Console interface. This ensures our support team can securely identify your publisher account and linked applications.
Option 2: Developers without a Google Play Console account
If you don't have a Google Play Console developer account, submit a request using the support form.
