Badge pick-up and breakfast
The two-day event kicks off on Wednesday, 23 October with badge pick-up and breakfast starting at 8:00 AM and the keynote address at 10:00 AM. We recommend arriving at the Google Event Center (MP7) in time to register, enjoy the complimentary breakfast, and get comfortable before the keynote starts at 10:00 AM.
Please bring a government-issued photo ID to register. At check-in, we will verify your photo ID prior to assigning an event badge to you. For example, government-issued licenses and passports are valid forms of identification. The name you used when you registered for the event must be exactly the same as the government-issued ID you present to us at check-in. If you don’t have proper identification, you won’t receive a badge and you won’t be admitted into the summit. You can update your registration information (including name) prior to the event.

Meals
Attendees are offered complimentary breakfast, lunch, and snacks on both days of the conference. Food and drinks will also be available on Day 1 during the After Party event

Accessibility for attendees
Android Dev Summit is meant to be inclusive and accessible to all attendees, including people with physical disabilities. We make sure that Google Event Center (MP7) is an accessible (ADA-compliant) venue, and live captioning services will be provided in the general sessions. However, we are aware that accessibility issues are diverse and this might not cover everything.
If you have any accessibility needs, please let us know by emailing android-dev-summit@google.com. This information will be kept private and distributed only to the individuals who need it to complete accessibility requests. Otherwise, please ask a member of staff at the help desk for assistance or questions about accessibility during the event.
-
Youth attendance
Attendees must be at least 15 years old to attend unaccompanied. All attendees under 18 years of age must return a signed parental/guardian consent form in advance of the event. You will be contacted via email with parental consent forms by October 3 or you can email us at android-dev-summit@google.com to obtain and submit consent forms prior to attending the event. -
