Keeping the Play Store trusted

We've improved the detection and filtering systems we use to combat attempts to manipulate placement of apps on Google Play through illegitimate means. The system will combat fraudulent installs, fake reviews, and incentivized ratings. This will help protect the integrity of Google Play, our developer community, and ultimately the end user.
